Terms & conditions

 

  • Please leave a valid contact number or email address that can be used for us to contact you on, if needed. 

  • Please provide any additional information that may be relevant to your repair when making a booking.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable if any of the following apply:

1) You fail to attend your booking without notice.​

2) You cancel your booking less than 4 hours before your booked appointment time.

2a) If you cancel your booking less than 4 hours before your allocated appointment time, but wish to re-schedule for an alternative date, we won't withhold your deposit. However, you may be asked for full payment in advance for your repair/service.

Please make sure you read your 'Booking Confirmation Email'. This will show in your inbox at the end of your booking. Please click on the Red Button below to agree on these terms and conditions.
