When Booking - please understand the following "Terms & conditions"

  • Please provide a valid contact number or email address that we may use to get in touch with you, if required.

  • When making a booking, kindly include any relevant details regarding your repair to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

  • Please note that your deposit is non-refundable in the following situations:

1) Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice.​

2) Cancellation of your booking less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Exception: If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment but wish to reschedule, your deposit will not be forfeited. However, full payment in advance may be required for the rescheduled repair or service.
